The quality of your renter is key to ensuring a stable and positive tenancy. Prospective residents are screened against our extensive rental criteria to ensure they meet our income, credit, and rental history requirements. A public records search is also completed to include all 50 states.
Customized lease documents incorporate current legal requirements, premise usage, and H.O.A. restrictions. Move in/out inspections are completed and a move out disposition is prepared and delivered at the time of move out.
Annual inspections are performed to ensure your investment remains in top condition. Additionally, recommendations are made to improve the appearance and marketability of each property. A 24 hour emergency response will be provided should a problem arise.
If your property becomes vacant, all repairs and improvements will be coordinated and scheduled with our vendors to make sure the property is back on the market as quickly as possible!
Clients will be furnished with monthly financials including a balance sheet and income statement. Rental income will be processed, and expenses paid out.
